Caroline Omari Lichuma

Caroline received her LLB from the University of Nairobi, her LLM from the New York University and is a PhD Candidate at the Georg-August University of Göttingen. At present she is a Research and Development Specialist at the University of Luxembourg. Her current research is in the broad area of business and human rights with a focus on national, regional and international efforts to increase corporate accountability for human rights and environmental abuses. She is particularly interested in the intersection between Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL) and Business and Human Rights.
