Serena Blanchard is the Project Manager for RCP. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic implementation of RCP's program of work. She works closely with RCP's Director, Sarah Dadush, to develop and realize RCP's vision and mission. She oversees a wide range of operational functions, including budgeting, staffing, fundraising, communications, and corporate governance. She also plays a key role in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and the business and human rights community at large.

She graduated from Cardozo Law school where she studied Human Rights Law and participated in the Human Rights and Atrocity Prevention Clinic in 2009. She also has a B.S. from NYU’s Stern School of business, which she earned in 2002.
