E-Learning Course for Suppliers
RCP contributed a module on responsible contracting to HREDD in Action: A Practical Approach for Suppliers, a free e-learning course released in 2025, part of Labor Solutions’ supplier training program. The project was funded by GIZ and commissioned by the RBH Network and is available on the Atingi platform.

The e-learning course, HREDD in Action, covers key human rights and environmental due diligence (HREDD) concepts and regulatory expectations for suppliers through interactive content and real-world case studies, showing how responsible business practices can be integrated effectively.
RCP worked closely with RBH Network and Labor Solutions to develop the course's Module 4: Introduction to responsible contracting in support of HREDD. In this module, course participants can expect to learn:
-
The importance of responsible contracting in HREDD and in meeting the requirements of due diligence legislation.
-
How to analyze clauses, such as those in the Supplier Model Contract Clauses (SMCs), and how they work in relation to purchasing practices.
-
How to compare different approaches for implementing shared responsibility and responsible contracting.
The full core course modules take approximately 4–6 hours, with module 4 taking approximately 30 minutes to complete. It cannot be accessed without first completing the core course modules. The course is available in multiple languages, including English, Khmer, Mandarin, Turkish, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, Udur, and Serbian.
The course is designed for sustainability, HR, and compliance staff at supplier companies, but is valuable for anyone interested in HREDD.
